Same. We got 2.5% in April 2020. Could have refinanced again for even less, but
the numbers didn't make sense when factoring in refinance costs. I got super lucky at the 2.5% because we essentially got it at no cost due to some mistakes the lender made where they credited some costs to us to make up for the hassle.
