I don't think demand will stay strong because people can't qualify. I do think
supply will remain low which will keep prices from dropping much. Buying now hoping for lower rates soon is a risky strategy. We may be several years trying to tame inflation. Right now there there is a little more supply as new builds are needing to be unloaded and some people have to sell. New builds will go away in the next few months.
