I'm not in Utah. But looking through that, it still seems unbalanced.
EV owners can choose whichever program costs them the least.
This is truly a case of not paying their "fair share". It's insane some single mom with a 30 year old Buick pays more to maintain roads than a Tesla owner.

I don't own a truck and don't hate EV's, but one thing that doesn't sit right is that EV owners don't pay the taxes that
