The game was never really in doubt, but the team was not in sync. Yes, I understand the desire that fans have for BYU to beat the Vegas odds, but it really ins't a big deal. What is a big deal is that BYU won't be able to play this bad the next couple of weeks (3 bad games in a row, but still 2-1). If they look this bad in the future, I can see actual losses to either a bad Boise State or Liberty and then to Stanford (after sure losses to ND and Arkansas).

BYU needs to clean things up. Coaches need to coach this group up. Jake needs to sit – no more attempts shorter than 40 yards.

That said, a win is a win and BYU is 4-1 and ranked #19. I will be in Vegas next week. Hope that it's more entertaining than these last three games.
