Oldroyd has shown on the actual field that he is completely broken. I don't care if he goes out in practice and makes every kick and "wins the job" again. We can't be missing kicks against Notre Dame and Arkansas.

Oldroyd should never get another chance to miss a field goal again. Next man up.
