There isn’t an an easy or intuitive way to do that. There’s a very tiny

exclamation point button at the bottom right on some, but it’s so small that it usually takes you to a website. If you are lucky enough to hit it, it takes you to a “opt out” page that’s not affiliated with CB and doesn’t do anything. I “opted out” and got the same ad 30 seconds later.
