Jefe doesn't hand pick the ads. Pop ups are specifically not allowed, yet google let's them slip through.
When he learns about them, he can report them to Google to get them to stop but it's not like he's letting this happen.

There is a report problem with ads link at the bottom of each page. Jefe can't fix it if he don't know about it.
