I don't think that play was dirty by USU. The ball was still in Jaren's hand

when the defender began his dive to tackle him. He didn't go high or at his helmet, and he didn't add anything extra at the end to try and hurt Jaren. I know we love to emphasize USU's history of injuring our quarterbacks, but that play didn't feel malicious to me.

That was the roughing the passer play. You can't go low on QB's anymore.
