Mugging is referencing the girl giving a “mug shot” glare at the stands.

Everyone is laughing because she had been going back and forth with the fans, to the point that police officers had to come and stand in between her and the fan section to block the view.

She apparently stood staring at a fan in that section for 10 minutes straight, glaring at them
