the rule is still clear as mud. The rule says something about a 6 inch radius
from the top of the helmet. But how do we judge 6 inches for a non-flat surface?
Not to mention that if a tall defender is tackling a shorter runner, then of course the tall defender needs to crouch down closer to the size of the runner.
