My wife did that for a colonoscopy.
Partly because she gets sick from some anesthetic.
Said it was on comfortable but not painful.
Only did it once, prophyfol doesn’t give her any problems.

I'm doing Cologuard every 3 years. My doctor suggested it because I'm low risk. Just had my first one age 49.
