Because it is just those three. Try having more than that.
In the Phoenix area we have
The 10 and the 17 (i10 and i17) that go through downtown phoenix as well as the 51 (sr 51)
Then you have the loop 101 and loop 202 and loop 303 that loop around parts of Phoenix. (All sr’s but their signs show loop)
We have the 60 (us 60) that heads out to the East valley and the new 24 (sr 24) that comes off the loop 202 to get to far southeast valley.
Then you have the 8 (i8) from casa grande out to San Diego. And SR 85 connecting from the 8 to the 10.
That’s just the major ones in the Phoenix area.
