Bought this house six months ago and renters were supposed to be out. They begged and pleaded to stay, and we allowed them. They were at a super reduced rental rate, they swore they would pay on time and be great renters. Sure enough at the end of their contract, the end of Sept, they stuffed the drains and turned all the water on. It ran throughout the weekend and flooded the house. Derelicts. Almost feel sorry for them because these low-life’s are going to get slammed with a felony charge and massive law suit by the insurance company.
