Victor has that kind of potential I think but it takes a complete package. Skill, grit, development, commitment to bball.

I don't know what his complete makeup is under the hood. If he is a killer and cerebral then there isn't anything (besides health) that should stop him from being a top 10-15 player.

Not many guys have the aptitude or grit to reach their full potential IMO.
