I doubt it. Depends on where you live. There are zero homeless people at the
grocery store I shop at. Some places have very high numbers of vagrants and drug addicts that significantly increase the risk of crime.
Also, I can carry my gun here and I can't do so legally on the Las Vegas Strip.
