BYU doesn't recruit outside of the big schools in SL and Utah counties
Maybe the coaches thought he was too small to play receiver but he is hands down a better returner than anybody BYU has rolled out in years. He's having a great year returning punts for Weber, he always makes the first guy miss.

Nacua and Romney get all the pub, but I believe Epps, Cosper, Hill and Roberts are just as valuable to BYU
