This make a St. George guy sad. Cafe Rio was amazing for 15 solid years. The
bigger they got the more the quality went down. Down down down. I still remember going there as a teenager in the 90s when their original location opened up in the Zion factory mall. It was like heaven on earth eating a burrito that big!!
