It was a donut served at the MTC around the early 2000s. I was in one of the languages that required a 3-month stay, and it got pretty tedious by the end, but once a day, donuts were available from the cafeteria, and there was one donut there that had a red jelly center and was covered in coconut. I've never been able to find another donut like it. I loved it. I still love it. I would love to know if anyone else knows the donut I'm talking about? I don't even know exactly what it's proper name was to try to find a replica...
