The only kind of wellington I've ever had had the duck liver pate in the
middle and it was just way, way too strong. I'm sure the other elements (beef, bread, mushrooms) were good, but you can't taste them over the super powerful duck liver flavor.
I'd be open to other varieties if they're good. Beef and bread rule.
