Netherlands is the 2nd largest exporter in value only. Flowers, bulbs, etc. make up more than half of their export revenue and the majority of the rest comes from their beef and dairy exports. However, they can't produce the feed for their cattle so despite being a very small country they are the worlds 7th largest importer of U.S. ag products (corn, soy, etc.).
According to the article they are a leader in exporting "food technology" not actual food they can produce without substantial imports.
