Was a dumb nfl coach. I think he was good at Baylor, going from 11 losses in year 1 to 11 wins in year 3 (19-20 overall at Baylor), and ultimately resurrected a dead program after a Briles. But I was shocked to see him leave after his 3rd year, so I don’t know what to think of him at that level of competition.

Will Nebraska be willing to see him through 4-5 years? He’s going to have to change their entire image and it will take awhile. Plus he’ll be trying to do that in the Big 10, so 4-5 losses per year are almost guaranteed
