I don't think those are necessarily indicative of his overall performance and I think that stuff can be cherrypicked similarly for most QBs.

Zach has played really poorly and, IMO, it has mostly been his own fault. He is awkward with media, possibly teammates, and likely too immature to be a leader of a team of adults... but he's not a bad, arrogant guy like a lot of people (non-CB) seem to think, he doesn't appear to be lazy, and I don't believe that he is apathetic about his performance or team.

He's not a bad guy or an idiot, he just hasn't been a good QB in the NFL.
