Only gotten bigger and deeper in that time and someday you could be looking at some problems that could have been easily avoided.

I worked for a guy for a while that was very conservative. To the point that I thought it was straight up negligence on his part. He liked to vacation for weeks at a time and couldn’t let his schedule get bogged up by filling cavities all day so he’d watch a lot of decay. We saw a lot of people coming in with sudden tooth aches needing root canals. Way more than usual. He never saw the correlation. Or maybe he did and didn’t care.
