This is my biggest beef with soccer also. I hate the ties to. But I admittedly
Don't know anything about soccer so it seems so boring to sit and watch a game for 3 hours end in a tie.

My tips as sort of neutral soccer fan: wait for the knockout round so that games can't tie, maybe only watch 2nd halves
