in terms of what kind of coaches we get (other than the HC being a card carrying member) has to, and will change. We're in a P5 conference. We have to hire like a P5 team and the athletic department knows it. How much we pay, the level of experience in the coaches we hire, etc. will all necessarily change. Or we will fail.
