I know he has never coached a day in his life but something tells me this guy would make an amazing oline coach. He is intelligent, well spoken and has the demeanor. Stories about Andy Reid interviewing in Phili and bringing in binders full of information he had taken the time to document and catalogue is what the owners/GM were impressed with enough to given an unproven assistant the HC gig.
