Don't get your hopes up.
Speaking as a Weber State guy...if Jay Hill leaves Weber State, it will be for a head coaching position. If he wanted to be a FBS-P5 Coordinator, he would not have left Utah. In fact, the vacancy at Tulsa would be a good fit for him.
