I think part of the problem is that we happen to be in the middle of a
down period in the quality of LDS basketball talent. If that’s supposed to be the main recruiting base than I think the Pope results haven’t been so bad. Unless I’m completely unaware, there’s just not a Fredette, Emery, Abuou, Collinsworth, Hartsock, Davies level of LDS talent out there right now.
