I don’t see NM happening. NMSU has had a lot of tragedy off the field and getting a Bowl game close to home is a good story. Lending Tree is less exciting but Mobile is on the Gulf and weather should be decent.

I wish we were doing the armed forces or gaspirila bowl the following week so we can get all our extra practice time in. Players can still get home for Christmas. I just think Kalani and TH’s obsession with the 17th is stupid (yes my sources say they are pushing it). I don’t want to choose between watching hoops against Utah or football playing some CUSA school.
