As a dog person and animal lover, these are (mostly) correct. Just be
Responsible, considerate, and consciencious. All failing arts these days.
But, #4 is bit entirely on point. There are reasonable situations to transport an animal, and yes, some people (though few) really do enjoy you bringing your pet, so long as it meets criteria #3, under certain narrow circumstances.
