rather be either USC or TCU because you control your own destiny, maybe OSU is in a better position to make the playoffs just because they are sitting there waiting for either team to lose. I do think that OSU will get in if either team loses. The committee will conclude that OSU would be favored to win if they were to play TCU and so they would sneak them in.
