projects that I was currently working on and which new projects would be assigned to me each one got more complex and/or difficult. The stress of my week was going to increase so I jokingly said, "I picked a bad day to quit sniffing glue."

The room got silent and everyone was looking at me. No one in that room besides be had seen the movie "Airplane." They thought I had just revealed myself as a substance abuser. I tried to explain the premise of the movie and how that line fits in. I'm not sure anyone understood but no one tried to stage an intervention.
