ALL I've said was that it's riskier to pick a guy that has only been a career position coach from another program than promoting a position coach that you're very familiar with. You gave two examples of schools that promoted from within NOT hired from outside the program. I only pointed out that your examples were NOT the same.

My point in bringing up Tuiaki is that you can't just rely on someone's resume. Check out Mark Weber's resume. He was hired a BYU's OL coach a few yrs ago. Looks impressive but he destroyed our OL.
