Again he may end up being a great hire but i would like to see a more experienced candidate personally. Unless someone else with that experience is coming in as AHC to help out for a year or two. Someon like jay hill. I don’t believe that will happen but that would be a great scenario. A quick stopping point for him and stepping stone to a HC position and the chance to help a new DC. I also think his connections and recruiting would help a ton. Again I think that is wishful thinking though.
