#4 USC-Best OOC win was against an 8-4 Notre Dame.

#11 Utah-Best OOC win was against a 7-5 SDSU.

#12- UW-Best OOC win was against 5-7 Michigan State.

#15-Oregon State-Best OOC win is against a 9-3 Boise State.

#16-Oregon-The only PAC 12 team to play a decent OOC schedule and they get throttled by Georgia and beat a very average BYU team.

Until the PAC 12 actually proves themselves out of the conference I will continue to call them the weakest P5. It’s a joke that they rank them so highly. Probably better to have USC get exposed now than get embarrassed in the playoff.
