It was unlike him to just slow up and slide. I guess he pulled a hamstring on that play and that totally changed the game.

A big difference between our coaching staffs though. Yewts realized he couldn’t move and brought the heat. Our coaches probably wouldn’t have even realized it and if they did they probably would have had the strategy that since he can’t run anymore then let’s drop nine into coverage now instead of bringing pressure.

He would have had a Jordanesque day against us and threw for 500 yards on a bad leg.
