If Georgia loses to LSU, they still will stay #1. Unless TCU loses too, then they would put Georgia at #2 and Ohio State at #3. If TCU loses and Georgia wins, they will keep TCU at #3 anyways. They will avoid the Ohio State/Michigan rematch in the semifinals at all cost. That would be an epic national championship game, but nobody wants to see that in the semis.
