The sky isn't falling.
We are having an average year for independence.
We are having the best recruiting class of the kalani era.
We had 2 10 win seasons and as soon as the defense totally sucked this year, kalani took over the defense. We are bringing in a new DC next year.
We may keep jaren hall. Maybe even puka nacua.
Kalani rebuilt the program after the debacle of 2017 and gave us 2 great years and 3 average years.
There is no reason to think kalani isn't the guy just because we might end up with 1 less win than expected. No reason to think he's too soft to run a program after he fired his friend. Many didn't think tuiaki would leave without kalani going down too. The program hasn't collapsed and kalani is learning and still having decent success.
It will be rough in the big 12. But things are looking up if anything. Definitely not down.

It’s possible it already fell and we are just now realizing. COVID, ZW, Hall and TA kept it at bay. But it’s here now
