I understand the problems but I also disagree a bit. I think it adds a
bit of uncertainty in a good way. If you’ve had a disappointing season, you can be a transfer or two from turning it all around (Oregon, USC this year - where, despite their late season losses this year, both teams were dramatically better than last year).
