I drove Price Canyon about a dozen times a year when headed home/back from BYU.
I will say that, if the forecast says snow, expect snow. If the forecast says a lot of snow, expect a lot of snow and only drive it during the day. I’ve gotten myself in trouble trying to drive that canyon at night in whiteout conditions. The weather forecast for that canyon I’ve found is generally accurate. Enough to plan for at least.

Ignore what everybody says.. What road is she driving? As long as its not US Highway 6 she'll be fine.
