It actually has to do with whether or not the NFL decides to flex the Raiders
game off of SNF in favor of a different game. If they flex a different game to Sunday night instead and move the Raiders to earlier in the day then it may require the Las Vegas Bowl to be moved earlier in the day and the NM Bowl would be swapped to later.
