Of course. He's got a 3-year time frame for his losing ways to shut the haul
of 4* & 5* recruits entirely down.
Till then, he needs all the room he can muster — to make way for the anticipated inflow.
Raising the production of an already established & successful smaller program like Jackson State — does not in any way indicate Deion's ability to win games at the D1 level when the circumstances will not only be more fair — but actually quite a bit against him.
That said, I'd LOVE for him to prove me wrong.
