Just had my birthday dinner, and my single son brought his new dog . . .
I have mixed feelings. The dog has been great for him, but I am not that fond of fairly big dogs in the house. And he lets his dog get on everything, and we don't do that.

We have dinner at my MIL's condo nearly every Sunday. Two of my BILs bring their not small dogs with them every time.
