That's always the safest bet for playing time. I'd certainly see first
if a MW, MAC, CUSA or Amer team had a solid opening & expressed strong interest, though.
I really wish Heaps had taken one of his several MW offers. Unlike Conover, he wasn't nearly as removed time-wise from the recruiting scene, & also of course had the benefit of playing significant D1 games.
Hopefully some coach out there remembers Conover in a way that leads to an opening.
