What is it about BYU and the people there that allows it to happen? Because it is preventing the sports programs from getting the elite depth of players needed to go next level. 

So either they really don't care or they're not willing to do what they need to to get there. Or both.

Keep hoping BYU will get it together in ways needed, but even when get the B12 invite and one huge barrier removed, they find a way to more self imposed ones. It's idiotic. 

BYU AD needs to stop acting like it's a church calling. More honest critique and timely ruthlessness is required. Or else the ceiling will remain and it'll be self imposed.
