I didn’t apply there. My dad sent something in to try to get me enrolled while I was on my mission. But whatever it was he submitted didn’t get me accepted even though I had the grades and scores to get in at the time (certainly not by today’s standards). Lol.

But I had no desire to ever attend school there. I am from SLC, my girlfriend at the time lived in SLC, and I thought BYU was kind of bad fit for me. I worked full time all through college while I attended the UU Eccles school of business. Couldn’t have worked out better for me. In fact, could have been much worse had I gotten jammed into certain career tracks suggested by certain biz programs I would have been interested in at the time had I done the Marriott School thing.
