Yes, it absolutely happens with every team. But I can see a young, LDS kid
from a strong LDS family walking into an LDS school and being surprised and unimpressed with the amount of colorful language coming out of the mouths of other LDS kids and perhaps the coach.
Should it impact his decision? No. But I don’t fault a kid for being a bit jaded by the experience.
