Organizations don’t become great by hoping their competitors do poorly. Utah
doesn’t have to be bad for BYU to be good. If Utah is beating us to recruit, then BYU is failing.
I guarantee you successful organizations like Apple, Amazon, etc do not think like this. They find out how to be more attractive and succeed.
Wanting to punch people in the face seems about right for this mindset. Crazy how many people agreed with this concept.
