the 1 seed and they lost that control with the game being a no contest. They had to play the Dolphins while the Chiefs got rest. In addition, their path got harder. They now have to play the Bengals instead of the Jags. Chiefs benefited most of all, but one consideration is a possible neutral site game between Chiefs and Bills . . . because of the unequal number of games played and the fact that the Bills would’ve been the 1 seed had they beaten the Bengals in Cincy….and the Bills were favored in that game.
