I had PRK about 8 years ago
My eyes did regress slightly a few years after the surgery to the lowest Rx power of glasses/contacts available.
Other than that and a slower recovery than lasik, it was great and has been great. I had severe nearsightedness since age 6 and it’s been really nice not to have to wear glasses/contacts at every moment of the day.
